Wine is the starting point.
What happens after is the point.
We build evenings around wine — warm, curious, and genuinely fun.
Not a class. Not a tasting. An experience you'll actually want to do again.
Our story
We came to wine the way most people do. We liked it. A lot. We had opinions about what tasted good but couldn't really tell you why. We ordered what felt safe. We stuck to our go-to's — not because we loved them, but because they worked.
Then we got a little obsessed. We started learning the nerdy stuff — how wine is made, how to actually taste it, how food changes everything. And somewhere in there, we stopped guessing and started actually knowing what we liked. That's when Open Bottle Club started.
Wine education that doesn't feel like education.
We build evenings around wine. Not classes, not tastings — evenings. There's always a real teaching moment, something you'll actually remember the next day. But it lives inside a dinner, a gathering, a good night out.
We do it for people who want a better Tuesday. And for companies who want a wine moment that opens a client dinner, kicks off a conference, or anchors a team night.
The format is flexible. The spirit isn't.
"They come in thinking: I like wine, I just don't really get it. They leave thinking: oh… I actually do."
